Friday the 31st is Anoche [Spanish meaning The Last Night]

Games were played, tears and sweat fell down, pains were felt and all these happened for one and only reason: the final night the ‘Anoche’. As the league come to an end the sensational second spot occupants Kick ‘n Boboboza takes on the third spot occupants Siemens Soccer team in the first semifinal scheduled to be played at 18:20, with the winners playing for Gold at 19:40 and losers playing for Bronze at 20:15.

It will be all or nothing for Kicks, says the intellectual coach Sir Little Melf: “like I said ‘ante’ [before], the players know how much is at stake. We are not going to settle for anything but Gold and we’ll destroy anything that would try to get on our way. We did not come this far to fail, it is time we get paid for all our efforts”. Kicks beat Siemens 14-7 in the first encounter, lost 8-5 in the second encounter then followed by 8-8 draw in the last clash. One can safely say there is no team that will go as favorite for this clash, the chances are all 50-50.

‘Anteayer’ [Spanish meaning the day before yesterday] the on fire Dumino said the preparations for the Anoche are going smoothly, no injuries reported and every player is in a good frame of mind. All the players think of is Gold and nothing but GOLD with capital letters. Kicks conquered the Giants of the MidCity soccer Boutiques 6-5 last Friday, can they go all the way and conquer the Anoche?
