Kick n Boboza gets the last laugh against Vutha

In a breathtaking encounter where rough tackles were flying in, red cards produced, heavy words exchanged, and controversial referee decisions, Kicks got the last laugh. The Blues were first to find the back of the net with Adam setting up Player with a killer pass which demanded just a touch to hit the net. Player returned in a solo effort to send Kicks to a 2-0 lead. But Vutha became more aggressive in the attack and got 2 quick goals. Adam restored Kicks lead with a cracking shot. McDinovic who was playing at an unfamiliar role at the back grabbed another one for Kicks. Vutha reduced Kicks lead following an error by Kicks at the back. Ashlic came in and combined well with Adam to put Kicks in a 5-3 lead. Vutha got their fourth but Adam had other ideas when he dribbled past their defense to sent Kicks to a 6-4 lead.

Moments after Vutha scored their fifth Ashlic broke loose to unleash a superb strike to make it 7-5. The drama unfolded following Ash’s celebration when the ref awarded Vutha a controversial free kick which resulted in a goal. Ash inquired about the ref’s decision only to be shown the red card. Instead of the ball been kick started by Kicks following a goal, the ref surprisingly gave it to the Vutha who capitalized on the one man lacking Kicks to get an equalizer. Just when Vutha were in Kick’s half desperately looking for the winner against one man down Kicks, Captain Ponkic carried out a one man mission, dribbling his way up only to be brought down by 2 Vutha defenders close to the goal post. The ref awarded a penalty and McDinovic did the honours. 8 -7 became the final score.
